What is the turnaround time on an order?
Each order is unique. As we work together to make your brand stand out, there will be decisions that you must make, as far as approvals, quality of materials and delivery times. Some items can be delivered in a matter of a few days, others perhaps a bit more. Rest assured that Riverton Marketing will keep you informed in a transparent way about each step in the process.
What file formats do you require for artwork?
We can work with pretty much and standard format, such as .pdf, .ai, .psd, .tif, .jpg and .png. We do require the resolutions to be at least 300 dpi.
Do I have to supply my own artwork, or can you design it for me?
We have a top design team, ready to work with you through our client representative to make sure your final marketing product meets your expectations. Think of us as a full-service marketing agency, working just for you.
Can I supply my own artwork?
Of course! Please refer to the file format requirements above and our client rep will reach out to you to make sure your project is produced seamlessly, just the way you intended it.
